Privacy Notice
Vongola Ventures LLC runs this business-to-business website. This notice covers the public interest form, private consultation questionnaire, business email, proposals, and payment records.
Information we collect
- Contact details, including your name, work email, company, and company website.
- Professional information about your role, business, workflow, tools, timing, and project needs.
- Messages, proposals, contracts, invoices, and delivery records if discussions continue.
- Cookie-free website events: page view, proof view, pilot view, form start, and form submission.
- Hosting, delivery, and security logs created by service providers, which may include an IP address, browser details, and request time.
How we collect it
Most information comes directly from you. We also receive limited records from our website host, email provider, and payment processor when you use those services.
Why we use it
- Review and answer a consultation request.
- Decide whether the requested work fits our services.
- Prepare a proposal, perform a signed engagement, and support delivery.
- Send and reconcile invoices.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, and measure whether the website works.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution duties.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site and private form records. Resend delivers form notices. Google handles business email. Stripe handles invoices and ACH payment details.
These providers process information for their services under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose records when legally required or needed to protect rights and safety.
How long records remain
- Private interest and questionnaire records are scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless discussions continue.
- A limited email notice may remain longer in business email, provider logs, or backups.
- Cookie-free website event records are kept for up to 13 months.
- Contracts, invoices, payment records, and project communications are kept as needed for the engagement and normal legal, tax, accounting, and dispute periods.
- Provider backups and security logs follow the provider's normal deletion cycle.
A deletion request does not override records we must keep by law, a signed agreement, fraud prevention, security, or a legal claim.
Notice at Collection
This is the short notice for information entered into the public interest form and the private consultation questionnaire.
Do not enter passwords, payment details, client files, confidential records, regulated records, or information about minors. Describe data by category only.
Privacy Choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted. You may also ask what categories we hold, where they came from, and why they were used.
Email contact@vongolaventures.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
An authorized agent may make a request where applicable. We may verify both the agent's authority and the identity of the person involved.
We will not discriminate against someone for making a privacy request. Where applicable law provides an appeal, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal.”
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or advertising opt-out to activate. Global Privacy Control signals do not change this practice.
Free Consultation Terms
The free consultation begins with a contact request. If both sides want to explore the work, Vongola sends a private questionnaire for an initial review. Neither step is a booked call, professional opinion, proposal, promise of work, or guarantee of results.
No client relationship yet
Submitting the form or receiving a reply does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship.
Do not send secrets
The public form and private questionnaire are not secure file-transfer systems and are not covered by a nondisclosure agreement. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or third-party records.
Your authority
You confirm that you are at least 18, represent a business, and may share the description you submit. You remain responsible for removing personal or confidential details.
What we may send back
We may send a workflow recommendation, fit decision, questions, or price. The reply is based only on the information provided and may change after proper discovery.
When work begins
Paid work begins only after both sides sign a written agreement, the first invoice settles, and the agreed starting materials arrive. The signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Security
We reduce risk by limiting the public form to contact details, requiring a signed time-limited link for the questionnaire, and keeping submitted records out of the public website bundle.
- The site uses HTTPS and restrictive browser security headers.
- The form uses origin checks, size limits, spam controls, and rate limits.
- Questionnaire records are stored privately, with access limited to the operator and necessary providers.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe, not this website.
No website or storage system is completely secure. We do not promise that unauthorized access, loss, or service interruption can never occur.
Report a suspected issue to contact@vongolaventures.com. Do not test the site in a way that harms data, availability, or other users.
Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to this public website. By using it, you agree to these terms. Stop using the site if you do not agree.
Business information only
Website content is general business information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, security, or other professional advice.
No offer or guarantee
Prices, examples, timelines, and service descriptions are general information until included in a signed agreement. Past or sample work does not guarantee the same result for another business.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe it without written permission, impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, or send information you are not authorized to share.
Ownership
The website, brand, writing, code, and original examples belong to Vongola Ventures LLC unless another owner is identified. You may review them to evaluate the business.
You may not copy, republish, resell, remove ownership notices, or claim our material as your own. Paid-work ownership is determined only by the signed agreement.
Third-party services
Links and services provided by other companies are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's site, availability, or privacy practices.
Availability and warranties
The public site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limits for public-site use
To the extent permitted by law, Vongola Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. A signed agreement contains the terms for paid work.
New Jersey law
New Jersey law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding relating only to these terms must be brought in New Jersey.
Changes and severability
We may update the site and these terms. The date above shows the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
Accessibility Statement
We want the site to work with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, and common assistive technology. WCAG 2.2 is our working reference, not a claim of certified conformance.
If something blocks you, email contact@vongolaventures.com. Include the page and what you were trying to do.
We will provide the same information another reasonable way when possible and use the report to improve the site.
Children's Privacy
This business website is not directed to children and is intended only for business representatives age 18 or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Both business forms require the sender to confirm they are at least 18.
Do not submit information about anyone under 18. If we learn that prohibited information was submitted, we will remove it when reasonably possible, subject to legal and security needs.
Report possible information about a minor to contact@vongolaventures.com.
